DIANE SAWYER EXCLUSIVE: TOM CRUISE SPEAKS CANDIDLY ABOUT KATIE HOLMES, THEIR BABY AND SCIENTOLOGY, ON "PRIMETIME," AIRING ON A SPECIAL NIGHT, FRIDAY, APRIL 14 ON ABC

Also: Chris Cuomo Investigates Cruise Ship Crimes Lost at Sea

In an exclusive broadcast interview with Diane Sawyer, Tom Cruise answers questions and addresses rumors about his relationship with Katie Holmes, how her father feels about the relationship, whether Katie is converting to Scientology and the role Scientology plays in their lives. Cruise talks about what their plans are for the baby and the wedding. He also speaks candidly about his father and what he learned from the relationship that he calls a "rollercoaster." After he takes Sawyer on a rare personal flight on his private plane, "Kiss Me Kate," he also talks about "Mission Impossible III" and how he feels today about doing movies. This special edition of "Primetime" airs FRIDAY, APRIL 14 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Also: Chris Cuomo investigates how cruise ship crimes can be lost at sea - including rapes and sexual assaults conducted by passengers and even members of the crew. "Primetime" goes inside Miami courthouses, discovering how law suits related to cruise ship crimes are often settled under terms of confidentiality. Teenager Jamie Decker settled her case, but she's refusing to be silent. While on a family vacation at age 12, Decker says she was raped by a crew member who then threatened to kill her and her family if she ever told. Jamie, who broke down right after the rape, immediately told the cruise line that she was taken and touched by a crew member in a secluded, off-limits room on the boat. She says the cruise line didn't believe her and told her she was lying. The Deckers' eventually filed a lawsuit and settled out of court. While cruise lines insist that crime rates are low and cruise travel is safe, Cuomo talks to one insider who says these crimes are more frequent than the industry reports and that they are downplayed.

DIANE SAWYER, CHRIS CUOMO, CYNTHIA McFADDEN and JOHN QUIQONES are the anchors of "PRIMETIME." DAVID SLOAN is the executive producer.
