"Some of My Best Friends Are Portuguese" -- Christine is relieved to finally meet another working woman at her son's snooty exclusive private school, on THE NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE, Monday, May 22 (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. Andy Ackerman, one of the series' executive producers, directed the episode from a story by Katie Palmer and a teleplay by Bryan Behar and Steve Baldikoski.

Star Julia Louis-Dreyfus' half-sister, Lauren Bowles ("Watching Ellie"), guest stars in the episode.

Shut out once again by the cliquey, judgmental moms at Ritchie's school, Christine runs into a down-to-earth working woman, Belinda, who invites her over for a drink after work. Belinda's job, however, isn't quite the type of position Christine expected her to hold, which throws yet another wrinkle in her attempt to fit in with the other school parents.
