� What cops don�t want you to know� During an unexpected encounter with police, whether at a traffic stop or a sobriety checkpoint or even at your own home, cops can sometimes push and exaggerate their own powers to do their jobs. Dan Austin, a decorated former New York homicide detective, reveals to Jim Avila some of the legal, totally ethical yet sneaky tactics used by police.

� What credit card/ATM thieves don�t want you to know� Do you use your ATM card without looking around? Do you shred those unwanted pre-approved credit card applications?
