THE NEW RICH: SECRETS, STRATEGIES (AND WHAT YOU CAN LEARN FROM THEM), AIRING ON ABC NEWS 20/20, FRIDAY, AUGUST 4

The secrets and strategies of the super successful are revealed, as 20/20 introduces viewers to four entrepreneurs who have turned big ideas into big money. The New Rich: Secrets, Strategies (and What You Can Learn from Them), which was originally broadcast in December 2005, airs on 20/20 FRIDAY, AUGUST 4 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Reports include:

Jeff Skoll, co-founder of eBay Skoll is a man who is living proof that nice guys can finish first, and, along the way, revolutionize how the world does business. Not only did he make eBay a worldwide success, he is also one of the most sought after men in Hollywood for producing film projects, including An Inconvenient Truth the fourth-highest grossing documentary of all time. He has also touched the lives of those less fortunate with his generosity. Elizabeth Vargas reports.

Dov Charney, founder and CEO of American Apparel If at first you dont succeed, try again might sound like a clich, but for Dov Charney it was that kind of thinking that made all the difference. Over the past two years, Charneys American Apparel clothing stores, featuring simple cotton leisure wear, have opened in 90 new locations, and the brand is one of the hottest among teens and young adults. He tells John Stossel how he went from a college dropout -- and at one time bankrupt -- to being one of the fastest growing clothing makers in America, and how hes bucking the trend of producing his products overseas, instead manufacturing them here in the U.S. He also talks about some unconventional business philosophies which make him controversial.

Kimora Lee Simmons, Baby Phat The secret to Kimora Lees success might be summed up in one line: When youve got it, flaunt it. Deborah Roberts reports on how this savvy businesswoman, wife of mogul Russell Simmons, has used her outrageous sense of style and attitude to conquer the fashion world.

Jim Sinegal, CEO of Costco With tens of millions of shoppers, discount warehouse chain Costco has become a staple in the lives of American shoppers. But its not just Sinegals costumers who love the store, its his thousands of employees. Sinegal is anything but your typical CEO he wears a nametag, talks to all of his employees and even answers his own phone. He tells Bill Ritter why paying his employees more and treating them well, instead of driving them harder, is the recipe for success.

20/20 is anchored by Elizabeth Vargas and John Stossel. David Sloan is executive producer.
