COPS CELEBRATES MILESTONE 650TH EPISODE WITH A SPECIAL EDITION SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, ON FOX

In its 18th season, this pioneering reality series reaches its 650th milestone episode with sure-to-be-classic segments featuring taser guns, heroin hidden in unexpected places and naked burglars. Officers Derrick Pendergrass and Sgt. Barry Burns of the Chattanooga, TN, Police Department follow a vehicle that was reported stolen. When the officers try to pull him over, the driver takes off on a high-speed chase. Eventually, the chase concludes and when the suspect begins to dig in his pockets, the officers become alarmed and subdue him with a taser gun. Also featured is Sgt. Craig Campbell and other officers from the Pittsburgh, PA, Bureau of Police, who detain a vehicle carrying three young males. Illegal substances are apparently found inside their car and then its discovered that two of the suspects have hidden needles and/or heroin in a body cavity on a special edition of COPS: COAST TO COAST airing Saturday, Sept. 16 (8:30-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
