Chris' plans to attend his neighbor Lisa's big Halloween party are threatened when his mother Rochelle makes him take his younger brother and sister trick-or-treating. Meanwhile, Chris and Greg attempt to dodge holiday pranksters armed with rotten eggs at school. Later, Rochelle objects when cost-conscious Julius wants to give trick-or-treaters the generic "M and N's, " "Nickers" and "Gravy Ways" that he bought.

Eric Laneuville directed the episode from a story written by Rodney Barnes and Courtney Lilly. Antonio Fargas ("Starsky & Hutch") guest stars as Sweet Tooth, The Candy Pimp, and Tyler James Williams' brothers, Tyrel and Tylen Williams, guest star as Baby Chris and Baby Drew.
