Tony Bennett to Receive Special Honors

The special will feature performances by Janet Jackson, Fergie, The Killers, Gwen Stefani, The Fray, Ludacris and Mary J. Blige, and special appearances by Carrie Underwood, Carmen Electra, Dave Navarro, Flavor Flav, Three 6 Mafia, Vanessa Minnillo, the cast of �High School Musical,� Celine Dion, Rihanna, Chris Brown, Katharine McPhee and Chris Daughtry. THE BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS is the only awards show that recognizes the year's leading artists and songs as determined by performance on Billboard's weekly charts. Tony Bennett will receive the prestigious Century Award when THE 2006 BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS airs live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas Monday, Dec. 4 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX.
