"Church"

ACTOR KILLED AFTER THREATENING TO OUT POPULAR REVEREND - An gay actor is found shot to death, when Detectives Ed Green (Jesse L. Martin) and Nina Cassady (Milena Govich) arrive at the scene they discover a bible open to a passage condemning homosexuality. After checking the victims computer it is discovered that he sent an email to a pastor of a popular church Reverend Sterling Guest Star (Anson Mount) admonishing him for speaking out against gays and accusing the reverend of being gay himself. It seems as though Sterling will be charged until he commits suicide while in jail. He leaves a note in which he confesses, but Asst. D.A. Jack McCoy (Sam Waterston) soon realize he is covering for the real murderer. S.Epatha Merkerson, Fred Dalton Thompson and Alana De La Garza also star.
