MILLION DOLLAR BABY, 2005 winner of four Academy Awards for Best Picture, Best Director (Clint Eastwood), Best Actress (Hilary Swank) and Best Supporting Actor (Morgan Freeman), will be broadcast Sunday, May 20 (8:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

MILLION DOLLAR BABY follows a determined young athlete who, through her sheer determination, awakens a long-lost fire within two aging boxers. Despondent over a painful estrangement from his daughter, trainer Frankie Dunn (Eastwood) isn't prepared for boxer Maggie Fitzgerald (Swank) to enter his life. Maggie's determined to go pro, and she eventually convinces Dunn and his cohort Eddie Scrap-Iron Dupris (Freeman) to help her get to the top.

In addition to its four wins, MILLION DOLLAR BABY also received Academy Award nominations for Best Actor (Clint Eastwood), Best Adapted Screenplay (Paul Haggis) and Best Achievement in Editing (Joel Cox).

MILLION DOLLAR BABY was directed by Clint Eastwood from a screenplay by Paul Haggis for Warner Bros. Pictures.
