ELI GETS A SECOND CHANCE TO DO THE RIGHT THING BUT AN UNTIMELY COURTROOM VISION EXPOSES HIM, ON ABC'S "ELI STONE"

"One More Try" � On ABC's "Eli Stone," THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 28 (10:02-11:00 p.m., ET), the "new Eli" gets another chance to make right a case the "old Eli" won through questionable tactics on behalf a large motor vehicle manufacturer. Patti brings to light Martin Posner's surprising culpability in the suit -- though not nearly as surprising as how she discovered it. Meanwhile Jordan introduces two new associates who've joined W.P.K. � his daughter and Eli's ex-fianc�e, Taylor, and Keith Bennett, whose self-representation in a trial against the firm made a lasting impression on Jordan. And if Taylor's presence in the office weren't enough for Eli to deal with, a series of untimely visions send him to Hawaii and lead to very odd behavior in court, threatening his case.

"Eli Stone" stars Jonny Lee Miller as Eli Stone, Victor Garber as Jordan Wethersby, Natasha Henstridge as Taylor Wethersby, Laura Benanti as Beth, Loretta Devine as Patti, Sam Jaeger as Matt Dowd, James Saito as Dr. Chen, Matt Letscher as Nathan Stone and Julie Gonzalo as Maggie Dekker.

Guest stars include Tom Amendes as Martin Posner, Jason George as Keith Bennett and Scottie Thompson as Jessica Benson.

"One More Try" was written by Leila Gerstein and Steve Lichtman and directed by Ron Underwood.

"Eli Stone" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning. This program carries a TV-PG,D parental guideline.
