MY BIG REDNECK WEDDING (episode 7) - PREMIERE!

CMT gives a whole new meaning to "for better or for worse" in the new eight-episode series MY BIG REDNECK WEDDING. After scouring the country to find the most down-home country couples, CMT documents their journey down the aisle, as outrageous and over-the-top as it might be, in this new series. Each episode, hosted by Tom Arnold, features a different "redneck" wedding, each with its own rustic eccentricities, whether it is a four-legged best man, a romantic beer can canopy, a celebratory shotgun salute or a reception filled with mattress surfing and mud wrestling. This week's episode features Amber and John who live in Statenville, Ga., a town so small it has only one stoplight. John's a mud bogging, hog hunting, good ol' boy, and Amber is right there with him, ready to skin the hog or any other animal that John happens to catch. They've been together a few years and have a 14 month-old daughter. Their relationship is a classic case of a friendship that turned into something more. John's mom is very supportive of their relationship and even wants to teach Amber how to be a good redneck wife. The couple is doing all of the cooking themselves including ten cakes decorated with stuffed critters. This wedding will be complete with mud bogging, mud wrestling and even a greased pig chase. Premieres Friday, February 22 at 9:00 p.m., ET/PT
