For your consideration:

The next episode of "The Apprentice UK" (episode 4) airs Monday, September 15th at 9PM and 1AM ET on CNBC.

In week four of his search for an apprentice, Sir Alan Sugar sends his eleven remaining candidates to get a roasting in the catering business. The teams have two days to source, buy and prepare meals to sell in marquees to half a million people at the Thames Festival. They must also theme and decorate their marquees to promote the food they are offering. It's not helped when Sir Alan reshuffles the teams, putting a woman in charge of the boys and a man in charge of the girls. As the teams battle, long hours in hot kitchens frazzle tempers. And with costs high and prices low, selling food turns out to be a tough game. But Sir Alan wants profits and when one team reports a loss, boardroom grilling serves up someone to get fired.

"The Apprentice UK" will air on CNBC on Mondays starting August 25th through November 10th. The show airs at 9PM and 1AM ET.

Each episode of "The Apprentice UK" will repeat the following Saturday at 8PM and 11PM ET starting on Saturday, August 30th.
