NEW YORK Sept. 25, 2008 "NBC Sunday Night Football" in its third season as the NFL's premier primetime package, heads to the Windy City Sunday night as Donovan McNabb and the Philadelphia Eagles (2-1) take on Brian Urlacher and the Chicago Bears (1-2) in an NFC rivalry that dates back to 1933. Al Michaels (play-by-play), John Madden (analyst) and Andrea Kremer (sideline reporter) call the action. Coverage on NBC begins at 7 p.m. ET with "Football Night in America," with Bob Costas (host), Cris Collinsworth (co-host) Keith Olbermann (co-host), Dan Patrick (co-host), Jerome Bettis (analyst), Tiki Barber (analyst) and Peter King (reporter).

EAGLES-BEARS IN PRIMETIME: The Eagles are trying to reverse a trend on NBC "Sunday Night Football." Since the NFL's premier primetime package moved to NBC in 2006 the Eagles are 1-4, including losses in all there of their SNF games last season; 16-3 to the Giants in Week 4, 38-17 to the Cowboys in Week 9 and 31-28 to the undefeated Patriots in Week 12. The Bears are 3-2 on SNF including wins in their last two Sunday Night games, 29-13 over the Colts in the opening SNF game this season and a 27-20 win over the Packers in Week 5 last season. Each team is scheduled to appear one more time this season on SNF with the Eagles hosting the Giants in Week 10 and the Bears traveling to Minnesota to take on the Vikings in Week 13.

EAGLES VS. BEARS: This is the 35th meeting of this NFC rivalry that dates back to 1933. The two teams met in Week 6 last year with the Bears winning 19-16 in Philadelphia on a last second TD to cap a 97-yard drive. The Bears lead the all-time series 25-8-1, but prior to last year's game the Eagles had won four straight dating back to 1999. The two teams have also met three times in the postseason with the Eagles taking two contests, 27-17 in the first round in 1979 and 33-19 in the divisional round in 2001 and the Bears winning 20-12 in the divisional round in 1988.

TIKI ON IMPORTANCE OF THE GAME TO THE BEARS: "This is a pivotal game for Chicago even though it's early in the season. At 1-2, they are in danger of falling behind so many good teams in the NFC. They need to find a way to close games out."

TIKI ON THE EAGLES: "Philadelphia looks great but they need to overcome their old nemesis - injuries. It seems to always bite them."

BETTIS ON EAGLES VS. BEARS: "Each of these teams has a distinct personality. The question with Philadelphia is which team will show up. Is it the team that couldn't touch Tony Romo? Or is it the team that punished and beat up Ben Roethlisberger? For the Bears the question is can they close out a team in the fourth quarter? Are they the team they've showed the first three quarters or the fourth quarter?"

MADDEN ON THE EAGLES: "Any time that Donovan McNabb is healthy they can beat anyone in football."

MADDEN ON THE BEARS: "The Bears are a good team. We saw them against the Colts and they played very well and it's not like they got blown out against the Bucs, they lost in overtime."

TASTE OF THE NFL SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL COOKBOOK BRUNCH IN CHICAGO: This Sunday, executive chef Joe Decker of Chicago's Wildfire restaurant, will host The Taste of the NFL Sunday Night Football Cookbook Brunch to raise money for the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Bobby Flay and Emeril Lagasse represent their favorite NFL teams and NBC's "Sunday Night Football" crew add their favorite Sunday Night recipes to the Cookbook. The book contains full meals and a section on Super Bowl parties, just in time for the next Super Bowl on NBC. "SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL EXTRA": The 17-game Sunday Night Football schedule is available to fans on NBC as well as streamed live on NFL.com and NBCSports.com, marking the first time complete NFL games will be widely available in the U.S. via live online streaming.

Complementing that stream are a number of extra features to enrich the viewing experience including additional camera angles, in-game highlights, picture-in-picture technology, live statistics and other interactive elements. "Sunday Night Football Extra" also includes in-game studio updates from NBC's Football Night in America team and NFL Network.

ROTOWORLD.COM'S WEEK 4 SLEEPER PICKS: Rotoworld.com managing editor Gregg Rosenthal, who was named 2007 Fantasy Football Writer of the Year by the Fantasy Sports Writers Association, picks his fantasy sleepers for Week 4.

1. J.T. O' SULLIVAN, 49ers QB vs. Saints: "New Orleans' secondary wasn't very good to begin with and now they are hurt. JTO fever is only going to spread once his fantasy stats catch up with his exceptional 9.4 yards-per-attempt."

2. TRENT EDWARDS, Bills QB vs. Rams: "John Edwards could probably throw for 300 yards against this Rams team."

3. CHRIS PERRY, Bengals RB vs. Browns: "Perry is eighth in the league in rushing attempts but doesn't have much to show for it. That will change against a soft Cleveland defensive line."

4. SELVIN YOUNG, Broncos RB vs. Chiefs: "Only the Lions have given up more fantasy points to running backs than the Chiefs, and Denver should get an early lead in this game."

5. MATT JONES, Jaguars WR vs. Texans: "Surprisingly steady in his fourth season, Jones and the Jaguars finally get a tasty matchup at home."

SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL: Al Michaels, the commentator called "TV's best play-by-play announcer" by the Associated Press, is joined in the "Sunday Night Football" booth by John Madden, the most honored NFL broadcaster of all time with 16 Emmy Awards, and on the sidelines by Andrea Kremer, whom the Los Angeles Times has called "the best TV interviewer in the business of covering the NFL."

"FOOTBALL NIGHT IN AMERICA": The Washington Post calls NBC's "Football Night in America" studio show the "Gold Standard" of NFL studio shows and "must-see television for NFL fans." Bob Costas, the most honored studio host of all time with 19 Emmy Awards, hosts "Football Night in America" alongside co-host Cris Collinsworth, the most honored studio analyst in history; co-host Keith Olbermann, named one of the Top Ten Most Powerful People in TV News for 2007 by Television Week; newcomer and co-host Dan Patrick, reuniting him with Olbermann who together redefined sports highlights during their time together on ESPN's SportsCenter from 1992-97; and analysts Tiki Barber, a three-time NFL Pro Bowler for the New York Giants, and Jerome Bettis, one of the most popular players in recent NFL history. Peter King, who covers the NFL for Sports Illustrated and is considered one of the country's foremost NFL reporters, serves as a reporter for the "Football Night in America" studio show.
