"City on Fire" � It will be a night to remember on ABC's "Desperate Housewives," SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16 (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET). Susan's daughter comes to visit with her surprising new boyfriend; Gaby uncovers the unsettling truth about Mrs. Hildebrand's past; Katherine has a confession to make to Susan; a reporter looks to expose Bree's imperfections; and Lynette learns Porter and Anne Schilling plan to leave Fairview and disappear. Meanwhile, everyone has gathered at a club to see the guys play in the annual "Battle of the Bands" when a fire erupts, threatening the lives of those in attendance. Some will fall as a hero will rise.

"Desperate Housewives" stars Teri Hatcher as Susan Mayer, Felicity Huffman as Lynette Scavo, Marcia Cross as Bree Hodge, Eva Longoria Parker as Gabrielle Solis, Nicollette Sheridan as Edie Britt, Ricardo Antonio Chavira as Carlos Solis, Doug Savant as Tom Scavo, Kyle MacLachlan as Orson Hodge, Dana Delany as Katherine Mayfair, Neal McDonough as Dave, Shawn Pyfrom as Andrew Van De Kamp, Brenda Strong as Mary Alice Young, James Denton as Mike Delfino, Charlie Carver as Porter Scavo, Max Carver as Preston Scavo, Joshua Moore as Parker Scavo and Kendall Applegate as Penny Scavo.

Guest stars include Kathryn Joosten as Mrs. McCluskey, Gale Harold as Jackson, Stephen Spinella as Dr. Heller, Rachael Harris as Sandra Birch, Gail O'Grady as Anne Schilling, Frances Conroy as Virginia Hildebrand, Lily Tomlin as Roberta, Andrea Bowen as Julie, Steven Weber as Lloyd and Indie rock band Tokyo Police Club as Cold Splash.

"City on Fire" was directed by David Grossman and written by Bob Daily.

"Desperate Housewives" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish audio via SAP. A TV parental guideline will be posted closer to airdate.
