BOMB THREATS FROM A STUDENT RADICAL GROUP SET OFF AN INVESTIGATION OF THE DEATH OF THEIR LEADER, POINTING TO LIEUTENANT HUNT'S POSSIBLE INVOLVEMENT, ON ABC'S "LIFE ON MARS"

"Revenge of Broken Jaw" � When student radicals from the Weather Underground target the police with bomb threats on the anniversary of the death of their charismatic leader, Rodney Slaven, it becomes all too personal to Lt. Hunt, who loses several close friends in the incendiary aftermath. As the investigation heats up, Sam Tyler, Annie and Hunt uncover mysterious connections to one of the students and a political science professor, Pat Olsen. The bomb threats continue as Hunt, suspiciously secretive, attempts to discover Olsen's possible connection to Slaven. With the 1-2-5 walking a dangerous tightrope to discover the target of the next bomb, the case takes a totally unforeseen but deadly turn, on "Life on Mars," WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4 (10:02-11:00 p.m., ET) on ABC Television Network.

"Life on Mars" stars Jason O'Mara as Detective Sam Tyler, Harvey Keitel as Lieutenant Gene Hunt, Michael Imperioli as Detective Ray Carling, Gretchen Mol as Annie Norris and Jonathan Murphy as Detective Chris Skelton.

Guest starring are Janel Moloney as Pat Olsen, Kevin Kilner as Dr. Richard Olsen, Carleigh Chirico as Laura Olsen, Brendan Sexton III as Danny Krasner, Mary Testa as Phyllis, John Cenatiempo as Sizable Ted, Anslem Richardson as Sergeant Hoyte, Austin Pendleton as Dr. Goldman, Arthur Nascarella as Rooney, Michael Cullen as Fire Chief Gibney, Christopher Backus as Rodney Slaven, Billy Devlin as bomb squad guy and Robert L. Puterman as cop.

"Revenge of Broken Jaw" was written by David Wilcox & Meredith Averill and directed by Stephen Kay.

"Life on Mars" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning. A TV parental guideline will be posted closer to airdate.
