TED AND VERONICA TRY FIXING THINGS WHEN A SURVEY REVEALS VERIDIAN EMPLOYEES ARE MISERABLE, ON THE SEASON FINALE OF ABC'S "BETTER OFF TED"

"Get Happy" � Veronica comes up with some novel ways for Veridian to boost employee morale when a survey reveals they're miserable. But since the survey also showed that she's too intimidating, she's got to work on being more likable, even if it kills her. Meanwhile, Ted tries to win over the only segment of the Veridian population he didn't score well with � men over 50 � on the Season Finale of "Better Off Ted," TUESDAY, MAY 5 (8:30-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Note: This program was originally scheduled to air April 29, but was replaced by President Obama's live press conference.

"Better Off Ted" stars Jay Harrington as Ted, Portia de Rossi as Veronica, Andrea Anders as Linda, Jonathan Slavin as Phil, Malcolm Barrett as Lem and Isabella Acres as Rose.

Guest starring are Merrin Dungey as Shiela, Richard McGonagle as Manny, Richard Riehle as Bob, Adam Devine as Josh, Rizwan Manji as Rick, Ernie Grunwald as Clark and Chris Dotson as Joe.

"Get Happy" was written by Mike Teverbaugh and directed by Gail Mancuso.

"Better Off Ted" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary Closed Captioning. This program carries a TV-PG,D,L parental guideline.
