AMY HAS A NEW MAN IN HER LIFE, AND BEN AND GRACE START A SURPRISING ROMANCE, IN "THE SECRET LIFE OF THE AMERICAN TEENAGER," PREMIERING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 1 AT 8:00PM ET/PT ON ABC FAMILY

Burbank, CA (January 25, 2010) � Amy has a new man in her life, the often anti-social Ashley actually shows interest in a guy, and George heads to Mimsy's house to try and convince Anne to come home, in "The Second Time Around," an all new episode of the hit ABC FAMILY drama series "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" airing Monday, February 1 (8:00-9:00PM ET/PT).

Amy goes on a date with the new guy, Jimmy, the son of her mom's high school sweetheart, while Griffin sets Ashley up on a surprise date with his cousin, Grant. Grace invites Ben over � which ends up being their first date � and she gives him a kiss as he leaves. To his surprise, Amy actually gives Ricky the okay when he asks to have Adrian over to help watch John. George heads out to Mimsy's house, where Anne is staying, to try and convince her that he loves her and wants her to come home.

The heartfelt drama "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" focuses on the relationships between families and friends and how they deal with teenage issues, including an unexpected pregnancy. Created and executive-produced by Brenda Hampton, the series stars Shailene Woodley, Molly Ringwald, Mark Derwin, India Eisley, Ken Baumann, Daren Kagasoff, Francia Raisa, Megan Park and Greg Finley. Guest stars include Philip Anthony-Rodriguez as Ruben, Jennifer Coolidge as Betty, Brando Eaton as Griffin, Paola Turbay as Cindy and Mitch Rouse as Josh Nash.
