"Jack Knife" - When a Marine is found dead, Gibbs, Fornell and the team hit the open road to bust an illegal trucking operation, on NCIS, Tuesday, Feb. 9 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Joe Spano ("NYPD Blue") reprises his role as Senior FBI Agent T.C. Fornell.
