ABC NEWS' "20/20" AIRS FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 19 AT 10:00 PM, ET ON ABC

On Friday, February 19, ABC News' "20/20" will bring viewers the story of Jeff Garlin. Elizabeth Vargas recently met up with the funny man in Los Angeles, where he took her to his favorite farmers market. The actor and comedian speaks candidly with Vargas about his lifelong obsession with food. Best known for his role on HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm," Garlin discusses his eating habits and battle as a food addict, as well as his new memoir, My Footprint: Saving the Planet One Pound at a Time.

Yousuf v. Samantar: After years of being unjustly imprisoned and tortured in his home country, Somalian torture victim Bashe Yousuf fled to the U.S., only to find the man he blames for his torture, former General Mohammed Samantar, also living here. Yousuf is suing the former general, who denies being responsible. But the question remains: Should ex-officials of foreign governments now living here be sued in U.S. courts for actions taken while they were in office abroad? That's what the Supreme Court will decide after it hears arguments in Yousuf v. Samantar later this spring. Chris Cuomo reports.

On Friday morning, Tiger Woods is expected to speak out for the first time since reports of a sex scandal involving the pro-golfer and several women broke. Reports first surfaced following an accident involving Woods at his home in Florida. John Quiones reports on the scandal that has rocked the world of professional golf, as well as Tiger Woods.

JuJu Chang brings the story of Andrew Burd, a four-year-old foster child in Corpus Cristi, TX. Hannah Overton and her husband were trying to adopt Andrew when he died in their care, possibly of salt poisoning in 2006. Authorities theorized that Andrew's death was an intentional poisoning, charging the couple with capital murder. At Hannah's trial in 2007, the prosecution portrayed her as a mother who had lost control and then neglected to call 911, knowing that Andrew was dying. The defense presented the jury with a medical mystery, speculating that Andrew might have had Pica -- an eating disorder characterized by an obsessive appetite. "What killed Andrew Burd?" "20/20" investigates.

Elizabeth Vargas and Chris Cuomo are the co-anchors of "20/20." David Sloan is the executive producer.
