Burbank, CA (July 28, 2010) - During the last practice with the National team before World tryouts, Kaylie, Lauren and Emily face challenges both on and off the mat, in "What Are You Made Of?," an all-new episode of ABC Family's original series, "Make It or Break It," premiering Tuesday, August 10th (9:00 - 10:00 PM ET/PT).

Now that the World's team tryout is only two weeks away, this last National practice becomes crucial for Kaylie, Lauren and Emily.
