Chris Cuomo's Exclusive Television Interview with Bobbi Ann Finley, Who Allegedly Targeted
More than a Dozen Servicemen by Marrying Them and Taking off with Their Money
"20/20" Also Interviews Some of the Men Left in Her Wake
"Heartless," "coldhearted," "the devil," "a domestic terrorist" all words used to describe Bobbi Ann Finley, the woman dubbed the "military mistress" and "the bigamist bride" for allegedly targeting more than a dozen military servicemen, breaking their hearts and draining most of their bank accounts. For nearly two decades, Finley criss-crossed the country, allegedly preying on military bases, where servicemen say she lied to them from the start, claiming to be everything from a wounded veteran of the Iraq war to the wealthy daughter of a decorated general.
In an exclusive television interview, "20/20" Co-Anchor Chris Cuomo sits down with Finley, the woman who describes herself as "the most hated woman in America," but says she is not a conwoman. "20/20" also brings together nine of the men who fell prey to Finley, most of whom were left broken hearted and in financial ruin. Finley is believed to have had at least nine children with almost as many men - fathers who say they were left in the dark.
"20/20" airs on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 24 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
"20/20" is anchored by Elizabeth Vargas and Chris Cuomo. David Sloan is executive producer.
