Orny Adams Speaks Nothing But His Truth in the World Television Premiere of 'Orny Adams Takes The Third' Debuting Friday, October 29 at 11:30 p.m. ET/PT

NEW YORK, Oct. 12 -- Life these days has gotten out of hand and Orny Adams would like to take note! Nothing is off limits in the World Television Premiere of his one-hour stand-up special, "Orny Adams Takes the Third," premiering on COMEDY CENTRAL on Friday, October 29 at 11:30 p.m. ET/PT.

With his fiery gusto, Adams paints a poignant and hilarious picture of the modern world in this World Television Premiere taped at the OC Pavilion in Orange County, CA. He points out the insanity in "acceptable" behaviors such as feeding appetizers to cats and the childhood obesity epidemic and offers his own solutions including stomping kids' chicken nuggets out like a cigarette. Adams tackles topics most of us would never think needed commentary in the first place, making him a distinct and fresh act. Whether he's comparing vineyard hopping in Wine Country to adult trick-or-treating or reminiscing about the time when a phone was for calling people, comedy follows Adams in his dialogue and electric stage presence. While he's writhing on the ground from the painful process of texting, the audience is on their feet!

Adams first crashed into the comedy scene after co-starring in Jerry Seinfeld's documentary "Comedian." He has since built a reputable name for himself making appearances on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "The Late Show with David Letterman" and his critically-acclaimed COMEDY CENTRAL special, "Path Of Most Resistance." Adams also appeared in regular segments on "Entertainment Tonight" and "The Insider" and hosted his own show on Discovery's Travel Channel. His reach is diverse and warmly greeted all over the world, regularly filling clubs, theaters and venues from LA to Ireland.
