Aaron Karo Copes With Turning 30 in the World Premiere of 'Aaron Karo: The Rest Is History' Debuting Friday, November 19 at 11:00 P.M. ET/PT

NEW YORK, Oct. 25 -- Growing older for Aaron Karo means tons of alcohol and more weddings and he is less than delighted with the latter. Karo leaves his audience howling during the World Television Premiere of "Aaron Karo: The Rest Is History," premiering on COMEDY CENTRAL on Friday, November 19 at 11:00 p.m. ET/PT.

Taped at the Wilbur Theatre in Boston, Karo begins his uproarious act by mocking the clich term used at weddings, "...and the rest is history," and frequently makes reference to the opposite agendas of married couples and singles. The irreverent, insightful and relentlessly funny Karo displays his irritation at the expectations when getting married and having kids and discusses his fear of spiders and garbage disposals. He also touches on a hodgepodge of topics ranging from his friends acting like drunken fools to the horrors of being set up, especially when it's with one of his friend's one-night stands.

Best known from his email column, Ruminations, which started as a forward sent from his college dorm room, Karo has turned his column into Ruminations.com, a user-generated humor site and social network. He has since been inspired to write three books: Ruminations on College Life (Simon & Schuster; 2002), Ruminations on Twentysomething Life (Simon & Schuster; 2005) and his most recent book, I'm Having More Fun Than You (HarperCollins; 2009). Karo has also performed on the "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" and COMEDY CENTRAL Records released his debut stand-up album, "Just Go Talk to Her" in 2008.

The special was produced by New Wave Entertainment.
