Episode 310 ("The Tribe Has Spoken") - Erica is offered an incredible career opportunity, which presents her with a difficult choice - should she stick with her struggling business, or abandon Julianne and take the new job? To help her make this seemingly impossible decision, Dr. Tom sends Erica and Adam to a deserted island to learn new ways of �survival' and to make them face their feelings for each other. The new episode of "Being Erica," airs WEDNESDAY, MARCH 30 (11:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m., ET/PT) on SOAPnet.

"The Tribe Has Spoken" was written by Aaron Martin & Jana Sinyor, and directed by Kelly Makin.

"Being Erica" follows the life of funny, endearing, candid and sexy 30-something Erica Strange, a woman who has been given a wonderful gift. In every episode, Erica travels through time in order to come back and make a positive change in her present. The series stars Erin Karpluk (Erica Strange), Michael Riley (Dr. Tom) and Adam Fergus (Adam). The one-hour series, created by Emmy-Award winning writer Jana Sinyor, is executive-produced by Sinyor, Aaron Martin, Ivan Schneeberg and David Fortier, and is produced by Temple Street Productions in association with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and BBC Worldwide.
