THE LATEST TWISTS AND TURNS IN THE CASEY ANTHONY MURDER TRIAL, ON ABC NEWS' "20/20," FRIDAY, JUNE 10

And: A Medical Condition that Forces Kids to be Friendly; Falling Elevators

It's now the third week in court for Casey Anthony, on trial for the murder of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee, and, as Chris Cuomo reports, the bombshell claims and bizarre twists keep coming. For the first time, one of Casey Anthony's former defense attorneys, Andrea Lyon, speaks out about Anthony's current defense strategy. Cuomo's report and the exclusive interview air on "20/20," FRIDAY, June 10 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

And: Williams Syndrome is a rare genetic condition -- so rare, in fact, that few people have ever heard of it. Of about 7,500 newborns, only one will have it. But that one, should you ever meet him or her, will likely have a personality of unforgettable ebullience and warmth. When Chris Cuomo attended a camp for children with Williams, he was besieged not by formal handshakes, but by hugs and slaps on the back and a barrage of questions: "What's your favorite color?" "Where do you live?" "Have you met Barney the Dinosaur?" How can the random deletion of just 25 out of 25,000 genes cause such unusual dispositions? "20/20" follows researchers, children and their families in their quest to make sense of a most unusual malady, and also looks at the darker side of this medical condition that forces those who have it to be friendly, even to total strangers.

Plus: For those who fear vertical transportation, the recent news of a freight elevator dropping three floors with a group of construction workers aboard doesn't help. What should you do if you find yourself trapped, or worse, falling inside an elevator? Elizabeth Vargas reports.

And: Barbara Walters, who has interviewed the most famous "wronged" women, reports Why do political wives stay when their men stray?

"20/20" is anchored by Elizabeth Vargas and Chris Cuomo. David Sloan is executive producer.
