THREE FUN, FEARLESS, GLAMOROUS DETECTIVES SEEK REDEMPTION, ON ABC'S "CHARLIE'S ANGELS"

"Angel with a Broken Wing" - ABC's fun, glamorous, action-packed take on the 1970s smash hit series, "Charlie's Angels," introduces us to three new angels, all fearless detectives, head-turning beauties and close friends. There's Abby Sampson, a Park Avenue princess who became a world-class thief, Kate Prince, a Miami cop who fell from grace, losing both her career and her fianc�, and Gloria, a disgraced army lieutenant who has a way with explosives. In the series' opening episode, airing FRIDAY, OCTOBER 7 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET), things go horribly wrong with one of the angels' missions, resulting in Gloria's tragic death. Their elusive boss, Charlie Townsend, persuades them to partner with Gloria's childhood friend, Eve, a street racer with a mysterious past. They may not know each other yet, but Abby, Kate and Eve will always have each others' backs, supported by Bosley (Ramon Rodriguez), a hot, young computer hacker who helps them solve cases. "Charlie's Angels" stars Annie Ilonzeh as Kate Prince, Minka Kelly as Eve French, Rachael Taylor as Abby Sampson and Ramon Rodriguez as John Bosley.

Guest starring in "Angel with a Broken Wing" are Nadine Velazquez as Gloria Morales, Carlos Bernard as Pajaro/Rodrigo and Ivana Milicevic as Nadia Ivanov. "Angel with a Broken Wing" was written by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar. It was directed by Marcos Siega.

"Charlie's Angels" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound. This program carries a TV-PG,L,V parental guideline.
