ALRIGHT! ALRIGHT! ALRIGHT! KEVIN HART IS BACK ON COMEDY CENTRAL(R) FOR THE WORLD TELEVISION PREMIERE OF "KEVIN HART: LAUGH AT MY PAIN" ON SUNDAY, JANUARY 15 AT 9:00 P.M. ET/PT

NEW YORK, December 13, 2011 - Kevin Hart takes viewers on a hysterical journey through his life when the World Television Premiere of the theatrical release "Kevin Hart: Laugh At My Pain" debuts on Sunday, January 15 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on COMEDY CENTRAL.

Filmed at the Nokia Theater in Downtown Los Angeles, "Kevin Hart: Laugh At My Pain" brings Hart back to the screen, starring in the theatrical version of his 2011 comedy tour centering on hilariously awkward childhood memories and family dysfunction. Whether he's joking about a crazy uncle, sharing his financial issues or explaining how his bank account is set up, Hart provides the audience with a solution to the troubles of life - laugh at your pain!

On September 9, 2011, "Laugh At My Pain" was independently distributed by Codeblack Entertainment and was released in theaters nationwide. Within three months, the film surpassed $7.7 million at the box office, becoming the most successful film of the year opening in fewer than 300 theaters. "Laugh At My Pain" will be released on DVD on January 17, 2012.

Prior to the theatrical release, the "Laugh At My Pain" tour swept the nation and earned more than $15,000,000 in ticket sales. In Los Angeles, Hart sold out the Nokia Theater two nights in a row to break a record previously set by Eddie Murphy. Additionally, the 90-city tour made Hart 2011's number one comedian on Ticketmaster.

"Kevin Hart: Laugh At My Pain" was written by Hart, Harry Ratchford and Joey Wells, directed by Leslie Small, executive produced by Hart and Dave Becky, produced by Jeff Clanagan and Quincy Newell and the special segment director was Tim Story.

January is Stand-Up Month on COMEDY CENTRAL and the month of laughs kicks off with the launch of a brand-new CC Stand-Up Facebook App, which will provide fans with the opportunity to program the channel's Friday night stand-up block. With the new Facebook App, COMEDY CENTRAL is putting the schedule into the hands of its viewers with fans able to watch playlists comprised of the upcoming weekend's featured comic's favorite comedians. By "Liking" them on Facebook and/or "Following" them on Twitter, viewers will be casting their vote for the Friday night line-up with the top choices airing that night beginning at 9:00 p.m. On Friday January 13, the comedians selected from Hart's playlist will be showcased.

In addition to the success of "Laugh At My Pain," Hart's previous COMEDY CENTRAL special "Seriously Funny" was the highest rated special to air on the network in 2010 and the DVD has gone triple Platinum. In 2009, Hart debuted his first one-hour COMEDY CENTRAL special, "I'm a Grown Little Man," to stellar numbers. Hart was the host of BET's classic stand-up comedy series, "Comic View: One Mic Stand." Hart's other television credits include ABC's "The Big House," which he also executive produced and wrote and recurring roles on "Love, Inc," "Barbershop," and "Undeclared."

In 2012, Hart will be seen starring in "Think Like A Man," a comedy film based on Steve Harvey's bestselling 2009 book "Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man" to be released in March. In April, Universal will release the Nick Stoller comedy "Five Year Engagement" for producer Judd Apatow. Hart's other film credits include "Little Fockers," "Death at a Funeral," "Fool's Gold," "The 40 Year Old Virgin," "Soul Plane," "Not Easily Broken," "Extreme Movie," "Drillbit Taylor," "Epic Movie," "The Last Stand," "Scary Movie 4", "In the Mix, "Meet Dave" and "Superhero Movie."

With his passion for stand-up, Hart continues to tour the country to sold-out audiences.
