01/05/2012 (09:30PM - 10:00PM) (Thursday) : LET'S ADOPT - COMEDIAN LISA LAMPANELLI GUEST-STARS -When Alex's (Chris D'Elia) childhood dog passes away, Whitney (Whitney Cummings) suggests they adopt a dog together. However, the adoption process isn't as easy as they'd hoped especially when dealing with pound owner Mrs. Janks (Lisa Lampanelli, "Comedy Central Roast of Donald Trump"). Meanwhile, Roxanne (Rhea Seehorn) is interested in some financial advice and Lily (Zoe Lister-Jones), in an effort to bring them closer, suggests working with Neal (Maulik Pancholy), but things become increasingly awkward after a sexual mishap during their first meeting. Dan O'Brien also stars.

(from NBC's press release, March 2013) Two current NBC series will wrap their seasons in April - two back-to-back episodes of "The New Normal" on Tuesday, April 2 (9-10 p.m. ET) and "Go On" on Thursday, April 11 (9:30 p.m. ET) - and two in March. "Whitney" will air back-to-back episodes on Wednesday, March 27 (8-9 p.m. ET) and "1600 Penn" will air its final episodes of the season on Thursday, March 28 (8:30-9 p.m. ET and 9:30-10 p.m. ET). |
