03/01/2012 (09:30PM - 10:00PM) (Thursday) : THE AVA SHOW GETS A NEW BOSS - EVE BEST, STEVEN PASQUALE AND WILL FORTE GUEST STAR -- On the cusp of the fifth anniversary of "Ava," Reagan (Christina Applegate) and Ava's (Maya Rudolph) idol, Yvonne Encanto (guest star Eve Best, "Nurse Jackie"), acquires the show. This acquisition brings more than they were expecting when Yvonne's right hand, Luke Granby (guest star Steven Pasquale, "Rescue Me"), an ex-military man, takes charge as the new boss. Meanwhile, Chris (Will Arnett) and Reed (guest star Will Forte) decide to refurbish Reed's recently inherited motorcycle. Jennifer Hall also guest stars.

Other returning scripted series are "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," "The Office," "30 Rock," "Community," "Parenthood," "Parks and Recreation," "Whitney" and "Up All Night." The alternative series returning are "The Celebrity Apprentice," "Fashion Star," "The Biggest Loser" and "Betty White's Off Their Rockers." Also renewed are "Dateline NBC" and "Rock Center with Brian Williams." "Smash" and "Grimm" were given pickups earlier in the season.
