THINGS AREN'T ALWAYS WHAT THEY SEEM - Raquel (Jewel Staite) should be ecstatic after finally securing financing for her project, but finds herself questioning her methods of making it happen. Connor (Jonathan Patrick Moore) continues his downward spiral and ends up at an all time low. Tariq (Benjamin Charles Watson) brings Abby (Cassie Steele) to the studio to lay down some vocals, which scores points for him, but Kaldrick (Andra Fuller) is worried Abby might know too much and threatens her to ensure her silence. Meanwhile, Nick (Joe Dinisol) still isn't having any luck on stage, finally begins to see his love life heat up. Finally, when Alicia's (Chelan Simmons) sexy acting debut goes over better than expected, she becomes hopeful that it may open new doors for her dancing career.
