A chase ensues after officers from the Portland Police Bureau attempt to make a traffic stop and the suspect runs on foot to his home. Then, officers from the Kansas City Police department respond to a call from a local convenience store about a man being chased by another man with a knife. Finally, officers from the Portland Police Bureau respond to reports about a man riding his bicycle naked in downtown Portland, and later they discover he was protesting global warming in the all-new "Street Patrol #3" episode of COPS airing Saturday, Feb. 23 (8:00-8:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX. One of the longest running series in television history, "Cops" will keep its long-held Saturday night timeslot at 8PM ET/PT. The September 14 premiere episode will ride along with law enforcement officers in Stockton, CA, Sarasota County, FL and Amarillo, TX. "Cops" allows viewers to ride along with the men and women of law enforcement every week as they take on everything from domestic disputes to car chases. Created by John Langley, the ground-breaking series premiered on March 11, 1989, and has aired over 900 new episodes.
