COPS Two-Hour Marathon Continues!

Officers from the Sacramento Police Department catch a suspect attempting to run from the police and discover meth in his possession. They question his girlfriend and take him into custody, and he makes an unexpected proposal. Then, two officers from the Kansas City Police Department are called to check out a burglary in progress and discover a man hiding in the attic. Finally, officers from the Amarillo Police Department respond to a domestic disturbance call and question two brothers caught in a fight over a business matter in the "Morons on Parade #6" episode of COPS airing Saturday, May 18 (8:30-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. One of the longest running series in television history, "Cops" will keep its long-held Saturday night timeslot at 8PM ET/PT. The September 14 premiere episode will ride along with law enforcement officers in Stockton, CA, Sarasota County, FL and Amarillo, TX. "Cops" allows viewers to ride along with the men and women of law enforcement every week as they take on everything from domestic disputes to car chases. Created by John Langley, the ground-breaking series premiered on March 11, 1989, and has aired over 900 new episodes. The show has followed officers in 140 different cities in the United States and in Hong Kong, London, and the former Soviet Union.
