DANNY AND JO'S PARENTS FACE OFF OVER DINNER ON A NEW EPISODE OF "TWISTED," TUESDAY, JUNE 18TH AT 9:00PM ET/PT ON ABC FAMILY

Burbank, CA - (May 31, 2013) - Tensions rise at a dinner between Danny and Jo's parents in the episode titled, "Grief Is a Five-Letter Word," airing Tuesday, June 18th, at 9:00pm ET/PT on ABC Family.

As everyone at school tries to move on with the aid of grief counselor April (guest star Keiko Agena), Jo battles with her father over her friendship with Danny as she and Rico set out to prove Danny's innocence. In an effort to show that he is a normal kid, Danny and Jo set up a dinner between their two families, which goes awry when the adults drudge up past grievances. Meanwhile, Lacey struggles to cope with her emotions and bristles when former 'frenemy,' Phoebe (guest star Brittany Curran), attempts to bond with her. Gavin Polone directed the episode written by Adam Milch.

"Twisted" is a one-hour mystery full of twists and turns that is centered on a charismatic 16-year-old with a troubled past (Avan Jogia) who has recently reconnected with his two female best friends from childhood (Maddie Hasson and Kylie Bunbury). He becomes the prime suspect when a fellow student is found dead in her home. The series also stars Kimberly Quinn, Sam Robards, Ashton Moio and Denise Richards. "Twisted" is executive-produced by Gavin Polone, David Babcock and Adam Milch. "Twisted" is produced by Prodco, Inc.
