Stamford, Conn. - October 2, 2013 - Matt Schaub, J.J. Watt and the Houston Texans (2-2) travel to Candlestick Park in San Francisco, Calif., to take on Colin Kaepernick and the 49ers (2-2) on Sunday, in the final Sunday Night Football game at Candlestick Park (pending flexible scheduling). Coverage begins with Football Night In America at 7 p.m. ET on NBC.

Calling Texans-49ers is seven-time Emmy Award-winner Al Michaels (play-by-play), in his 28th season as the voice of the NFL's premier primetime package; 14-time Emmy Award-winner Cris Collinsworth, who has won the Emmy for Outstanding Event Analyst in each of his four seasons in the Sunday Night Football booth; and Emmy Award-winning sideline reporter Michele Tafoya.

NBC's coverage of Sunday Night Football is led by Emmy Award-winning coordinating producer Fred Gaudelli and Emmy Award-winning director Drew Esocoff. Sunday Night Football has won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Live Sports Series for five consecutive years.

Football Night In America, the most-watched pre-game show in sports, is hosted by 25-time Emmy Award-winner Bob Costas, who will report from Candlestick Park in San Francisco, Calif. Costas will be joined on site by Michaels, Collinsworth, and two-time Super Bowl winner Hines Ward.

Dan Patrick co-hosts Football Night from NBC's famed Studio 8H at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Patrick will be joined by Super Bowl-winning head coach Tony Dungy, two-time Super Bowl winner Rodney Harrison, Peter King of Sports Illustrated, Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk on NBCSN and NBCSports.com, and longtime NFL front office veteran and former NFL Executive of the Year Scott Pioli. Alex Flanagan will report from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on the Broncos-Cowboys game.

AL MICHAELS AT CANDLESTICK PARK

Sunday night's broadcast will be the 26th primetime football game Michaels has called from Candlestick Park. In addition to calling NFL games at Candlestick, Michaels was also on site at the stadium for the 1989 World Series, and was nominated for a News Emmy for his earthquake coverage from San Francisco. Michaels was also the San Francisco Giants' radio play-by-play voice from 1974-76.

TEXANS-49ERS PREVIEW VIDEO:

Dan Patrick, Tony Dungy and Rodney Harrison preview Texans-49ers: http://www.nbcsports.com/football/nfl/snf-week-5-preview-texans-49ers

Harrison on Texans QB Matt Schaub: "In the first half, he plays with confidence. In the second half, and in particular in the fourth quarter, it seems like he is timid. That's when you need to start playing more aggressive and start believing in yourself. I don't like what he's doing in the fourth quarter."

Dungy on 49ers RB Frank Gore: "Gore is definitely the straw for this team. They've got to give him the ball. I think you get enamored with Colin Kaepernick, but they've got to run Frank Gore to set up their offense."
