Feeling like her coworkers don't "get" her, Nina (Eliza Coupe) finds a new friend in Edie (Annie Sertich, guest star) a spunky forensics analyst. However, Nina's new friend takes the meaning of loyalty too far. Meanwhile, Carlos (Oscar Nunez) needs to crash with Phil (Jay Harrington) for a few days and gets a worrisome glimpse into his life.

The series also stars Carter MacIntyre, Jolene Purdy and Maria Bamford.
