The FBI hires Frank to retrieve a chemical weapon, codenamed "Chimera," from a Chinese Triad crime lord who operates out of a restaurant in Chicago's Chinatown. But once Frank manages to get inside, the crime lord becomes ever more determined not to let him leave the building alive.
