APRIL GETS A MAJOR SCOOP THAT FORCES HER TO MAKE A DIFFICULT DECISION IN AN ALL-NEW EPISODE OF "CHASING LIFE," AIRING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 16 AT 9:00PM ET/PT ON ABC FAMILY

Burbank, CA (January 26, 2015) - April must make a tough choice when she uncovers major news about baseball player Richie Miranda in "The Big Leagues," a new episode of "Chasing Life" airing Monday, February 16 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.

April gets some welcome news from Dr. Hamburg that bodes well for both her and Leo. At work, she gets wind of a possible story opportunity with baseball player Richie Miranda, but when she gets a bigger scoop than she bargained for, she is faced with a tough moral choice.

Meanwhile, Leo grows increasingly uncomfortable living in the shadow of his family and their wealth and looks to Sara for guidance. Sara feels a need to make more of a positive impact with her therapy work after a clash with her office neighbor, an immigration lawyer. And Greer makes a bold change in her behavior at school that intrigues Brenna.

"Chasing Life" is adapted from the successful Televisa USA Spanish-language Mexican television series and is a co-production of BV Family Productions, Lionsgate, and Televisa USA in association with ABC Family. The series is executive produced by Sean Smith, Susanna Fogel, Joni Lefkowitz and Aaron Kaplan. "Chasing Life" stars Italia Ricci, Mary Page Keller, Aisha Dee, Richard Brancatisano and Haley Ramm, with Steven Weber and Scott Michael Foster as recurring guest stars.
