"Flirting with Disaster" - Frankie finds herself innocently flirting with Axl's hot friend, Finn. But when she makes a not-so-innocent remark about him to her sister, she fears that both Finn and Axl may have overheard her conversation. Meanwhile, Sue is forced to take Brick to a "Planet Nowhere" sci-fi convention, and Frankie's dad, Tag (Jerry Van Dyke), asks Mike to secretly help him study and pass his driver's test so that he can keep his license from being taken away, on "The Middle," WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"The Middle" stars Patricia Heaton as Frankie, Neil Flynn as Mike, Charlie McDermott as Axl, Eden Sher as Sue and Atticus Shaffer as Brick.

Guest starring are Jerry Van Dyke as Tag Spence, Jen Ray as Nancy Donahue, Matthew Atkinson as Finn, Erik Charles Nielsen as wizard, Javin Reid as mystic, Patrick Bristow as oracle, Terryn Westbrook as Princess Kalakare, Devin Sidell as waitress and Michael Foster as rock guy.

"Flirting with Disaster" was written by Roy Brown and directed by Phil Traill.

"The Middle" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format with a 5.1 channel surround sound. This program carries a TV-PG,L parental guideline.
