ON THE SEASON FINALE, "AFV" SAYS FAREWELL TO TOM BERGERON AND CROWNS THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER FROM THE DISNEYLAND (R) RESORT

"Episode 2523" - On the season finale of "America's Funniest Home Videos," SUNDAY, MAY 17 (7:00-8:00 p.m., ET), the show says farewell to beloved host Tom Bergeron from the Disneyland (R) Resort in California as the season's two $100,000 winners of the season battle it out for the Grand Prize. This season's fantastic grand prize vacation for 60 people to the Disneyland(R) Resort, including a visit to both Parks - Disneyland(R) Park and Disney California Adventure(R) Park --in honor of Disneyland(R) Resort's Diamond Celebration, their 60th anniversary!

In its 25 seasons to date, "America's Funniest Home Videos" has given away over $13 million in prize money and evaluated more than a million video clips from home viewers.
