ZACK TAKES ON THE MUSIC INDUSTRY, GABRIELLA'S NOT SURE SHE'S READY TO MOVE OUT ON HER OWN AND CHRISTINA STRUGGLES TO BALANCE HER PERSONAL BELIEFS WITH HER CAREER GOALS ON ALL-NEW EPISODES OF ABC FAMILY'S REALITY SERIES "JOB OR NO JOB," AIRING THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1st

Burbank, CA (September 28, 2015) - Interviews with music industry bigwigs in LA start off rocky for Zack, Gabriella's not sure she's ready to move out of her parents' home and Christina has hard time separating her personal beliefs with her career goals on new episodes of ABC Family's new reality series "Job or No Job," airing Thursday, October 1 at 12:00 a.m., 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. ET/PT, respectively.

"Job or No Job" follows one young adult per episode on his/her journey to land a first job in their chosen career. Each candidate will go on three interviews and viewers will follow along to find out if s/he lands three, two, one - or zero offers. Jane Buckingham (Founder and CEO of Trendera and bestselling author of The Modern Girls Guide to Life) will be the Career & Lifestyle expert (a.k.a. The "Job Genius"), dispensing advice on how to learn from their mistakes, where to shop and eat, how to get around town, where to find housing, and the realities of entering the job market.

Zack's Episode:

25-year-old Zack Martin takes his love for music to the next level as he leaves his family behind in Nashville, TN to head to Los Angeles to interview with bigwigs in the music industry. In his first interview with Kevin Gore, President and COO, Kylee Olson, Senior Account Manager and Kevin Chianta, SVP Innovation and Integration of DMI, he makes the rookie mistake of forgetting his resume and struggles to articulate his passion for music and his past work experiences.

Later, when he meets with Joe Windham, CEO of LA KISS, he's challenged to find a band for the team's football game halftime entertainment.

Finally, when he interviews with Harvey Mason, Jr. and Damon Thomas, Co-CEOs of Underdog Entertainment, he's tasked with cleaning up the studio - including the bathroom.

Jane gives Zack a taste of Los Angeles, and she coaches him to show his passion and drive for the music industry to his interviewers. Episode airs Thursday, October 1st at 12:00 a.m., ET/PT (Wednesday night/Thursday morning).

Gabriella's Episode:

23-year-old Gabriella Steele, has earned her degree in Fine Arts and leaves Brooklyn to head to Portland to interview for three Graphic Design positions. In her first interview with Steven Earles, CEO, and Justina Thoreson, Event Coordinator of Eastside Distilling, she shows up without her design portfolio and comes across a bit stiff.

On her second interview, Luke Perkins, Executive Creative Director and Ashod Simonian, Creative Director of North, tell her about the company's emphasis on teamwork, but Gabriella seems only interested in talking about herself - including the fact that she's not sure she wants to move to Portland.

Finally, when she meets with Jeremy Pelley and Fritz Mesenbrink, Co-founders of OMFG Co., about an intern position, her interview skills have improved, but her artwork is not up to par, and she states that she's looking to get out of interning.

Jane wonders if Gabriella is really ready to give her all to a new career and move out of her parents' home. Episode airs Thursday, October 1st at 1:00 a.m., ET/PT (Wednesday night/Thursday morning).

Christina's Episode:

In the season finale, 22-year-old Christina Gutierrez studied advertising in college and is now ready to head out into the real world, leaving her friends, family and church behind in El Paso, TX. She flies to New York City to interview with three successful ad agency firms. In her first interview with Val DiFebo, CEO of Deutsch New York, she talks too much about her religious views and doesn't do the assignment as instructed.

Later, when she interviews with Karen Zuckerman, President of HZDG, she shares her reservations about moving to NYC and that she ultimately wants to work for her church in El Paso.

Finally, when she meets with Ryan Kelly, Account Director, and Bill Goodspeed, CCO of Catch 24, she struggles to provide adequate research to back up her resume and the challenge she's given.

Jane believes in Christina and advises her how to market herself professionally in the big city. Episode airs Thursday, October 1st at 3:00 pm ET/PT.
