A TRAP IS SET AT CAMP STILLWATER IN AN ALL-NEW EPISODE OF 'DEAD OF SUMMER' ON AUGUST 9

With the information he has found about Camp Stillwater, Deputy Garrett Sykes comes up with a plan in "Townie," an all-new episode of "Dead of Summer," airing TUESDAY, AUGUST 9 (9:00 - 10:00 p.m. EDT), on Freeform, the new name for ABC Family.

As the counselors and Deputy Sykes put together the pieces of what is happening at Camp Stillwater, Skyes knows that something has to be done to stop it. With the help of Deb and the counselors, he comes up with a plan that will hopefully end the attacks before someone else gets hurt... or worse. Meanwhile, flashbacks feature Deputy Garrett Sykes.

Guest stars include Charles Mesure as Sheriff Heelan, Andrew J. West as Damon Crowley and Dan Payne as Jack Sykes.

"Townie" is written by Ian Goldberg & Richard Hatem and directed by Mairzee Almas.

"Dead of Summer" is produced by ABC Signature Studios and Kitsis/Horowitz.
