JESSICA AND HER SISTER DO NOT SEE EYE TO EYE, ON ABC'S 'FRESH OFF THE BOAT'

"Sisters Without Subtext" - Jessica is thrilled that her sister Connie is finally taking the opportunity to go to college. But when she discovers that she wants to pursue an art degree, Jessica disagrees with Connie's passion for art and does not see how it would add any value to her or her family. Meanwhile, Marvin and Honey take Eddie, Emery and Evan with them to visit a retirement home. As much as Honey loves Marvin, she realizes that their age difference really does have long-term implications, on ABC's "Fresh Off the Boat," airing on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 7 (9:00-9:30 p.m. EST).

Inspired by a true story, "Fresh Off the Boat" stars Randall Park as Louis, Constance Wu as Jessica, Hudson Yang as Eddie, Forrest Wheeler as Emery, Ian Chen as Evan, Lucille Soong as Grandma Huang, Chelsey Crisp as Honey and Ray Wise as Marvin.

Guest starring are Susan Park as Connie, John Jenkinson as Dean Edwards, Hilda Boulware as Barb, Ellen Gerstein as Lillian, Corsica Wilson as Janet and David Douglas as Dave.

"Sisters Without Subtext" was written by Rachna Fruchbom and directed by Jude Weng.

"Fresh Off the Boat" was written by Nahnatchka Khan, who also serves as executive producer. Jake Kasdan and Melvin Mar are also executive producers. The series is produced by 20th Century Fox Television.

It is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format with 5.1 channel surround sound and carries a TV-PG parental guideline.
