Emmy-Winning Producer and Renowned Radio and TV Personality Ryan Seacrest Joins ABC's Official Oscars Pre-Show for the First Time for a Special Live Appearance in the Final Half Hour After He Hosts 'E! Live From The Red Carpet'

"Oscars? Live on the Red Carpet," the official pre-show for the most glamorous show in Hollywood, will give viewers live access to the night's nominees, performers and presenters beginning at 3:30 p.m. PST/6:30 p.m. EST on The ABC Television Network. The red carpet festivities will be hosted by actress and television personality Maria Menounos, award-winning journalist Elaine Welteroth, supermodel Ashley Graham, and actor and singer Billy Porter. Menounos, Welteroth and Graham will interview the nominees, performers and attendees as they arrive, while Porter provides all the fashion and glamour commentary on Oscar? Sunday.

Beginning at 4:30 p.m. PST/7:30 p.m. EST, they will be joined by Emmy-winning producer and renowned radio and TV personality Ryan Seacrest as he ushers the viewers watching from home into the final moments before the main event begins for an evening that is sure to delight audiences worldwide. This follows his duties on "E! Live From The Red Carpet: Oscars 2019" where he co-hosts with Giuliana Rancic and serves as executive producer. E!'s complete multiplatform coverage begins at 10:00 a.m. PST/1:00 p.m. EST.

Ryan Seacrest


Ryan Seacrest is an award-winning creative entrepreneur and holds preeminent positions as a host and producer in broadcast and cable television, as well as in nationally syndicated and local radio. He is host of the iconic music competition series, "American Idol," on ABC and a co-host and executive producer on the Disney|ABC syndicated morning talk show "Live with Kelly and Ryan." He is also host and executive producer of ABC's annual New Year's Eve program, "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest." He is host and executive producer of the top awards show franchise, "E! Live from the Red Carpet." Maria Menounos


Emmy Award-winning journalist, TV personality, actress, motivational speaker, New York Times' best-selling author, host of the Noovie cinema pre-show and co-founder/CEO of the AfterBuzz TV Streaming Networks, Menounos has gained numerous achievements throughout her career in the news and entertainment industry. Elaine Welteroth


Elaine Welteroth is an award-winning journalist, author and the former editor-in-chief of Teen Vogue. Under her leadership, Teen Vogue notably increased coverage of news and politics, encouraging readers to become civically engaged, specifically during the 2016 U.S. presidential election. She's now a leading expert, advocate and voice for the next generation of change-makers. She has written for the hit show "grown-ish" and has appeared on-camera for a range of media outlets including ABC News and Netflix. Ashley Graham


Ashley Graham is a model and entrepreneur whose influence has reshaped the fashion and media industries and redefined traditional beauty standards. In addition to designing her own size-inclusive lingerie, swimwear and clothing, Graham is a brand ambassador for Revlon, making her the first curvy model of her generation to land a major beauty contract. She is currently the host of Lifetime's "American Beauty Star," as well as her own podcast, "Pretty Big Deal," featuring intimate, off-the-cuff conversations with some of the boldest, most influential people in the world. Billy Porter


Billy Porter is a Tony? and GRAMMY Award-winning actor, singer, director, composer and playwright from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His electric portrayal of Pray Tell in FX's breakthrough series "Pose," earned him a Critics' Choice Award nomination. He recently starred in the eighth season of Ryan Murphy's acclaimed series "American Horror Story: Apocalypse." A veteran of the theatre, Porter most recently reprised his role as Lola in the smash hit Broadway musical "Kinky Boots," for which he won the 2013 Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical. His film credits include "Noel," "The Broken Hearts Club: A Romantic Comedy," "Intern" and "Twisted"; and additional television credits include "The Get Down," "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," "The Big C," "Law & Order" and "Shake, Rattle and Roll: An American Love Story." As a recording artist, Porter has released four solo albums, the most recent being "The Soul of Richard Rodgers," released on Sony Masterworks. He will star in his sophomore-penned play, "Untitled Sex Project," at The Cherry Lane Theatre this fall.

"Oscars Live on the Red Carpet" will be produced by Donna Gigliotti and Glenn Weiss, executive produced by R.A. Clark and directed by Gregg Gelfand.

The 91st Oscars? will be held on Sunday, Feb. 24, 2019, at the Dolby Theatre(R) at Hollywood & Highland Center(R) in Hollywood and will be televised live on The ABC Television Network at 8:00 p.m. EST/5:00 p.m. PST. "The Oscars" also will be televised in more than 225 countries and territories worldwide.
