But he's pressing pause on his strict diet when our three chefs invite him to party with his old redhead gal pal and her irresistible spicy chicken sandwich. Ron will have his work cut out for him choosing a winner from our three chefs' collective spicy chicken concoctions, as our chefs try to recreate then remix his favorite sandwich. Only one will walk away with the coveted Chompionship trophy and red-hot braided bragging rights.
