The five remaining chefs enter the semi-finals where they are tasked with putting a twist on a classic: recreating Gordon Ramsay's signature Beef Wellington - without beef. With only 35 minutes, they must craft their own unique take on the dish. At the end of the wellington cook-off, two chefs are safe from elimination, while the remaining three chefs battle it out one last time to join the others in the grand finale in the "Always Crust Your Instincts" episode of Next Level Chef airing Saturday, Aug 2 (11:00 PM-12:00 AM ET/PT) on FOX.
