A group of entrepreneurs, proud of having left their comfort zone, aspire to change the world and become powerful CEOs, yet they can barely support themselves. To achieve this, they go every day to a place called No Comfort Zone, a coworking space created by Gonzalo, an idle millionaire, and Jacobo, a self-proclaimed entrepreneurship guru, where they strive to get their projects off the ground. The crushing reality of everyday life will make them see that the world of entrepreneurship is full of smoke, that it is almost always more important to have good contacts than good ideas, and that perhaps they did not make the right decision when they gave up conventional jobs.
