"The Gastronomic Gauntlet" - The commandment of culinary science and technology not only pushes the chefs to merge food and science, but battle in the most strategic cook off yet. The chefs will showcase different molecular gastronomy techniques while creating as many dishes as they can in five hours, begging the questions: Who will win an advantage in the next commandment? Who will go home? And how many dishes can the judges eat? on AMERICA'S CULINARY CUP, Wednesday, April 15 (9:30-10:30 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ Premium plan subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs)*.
