DESCRIPTION:
(from Ovation TV's press release, January 2020) Bloodlines: In November 1999, Dr. Colin Bouwer, the Head of Psychiatry at Otago Hospital, put a murderous plan into action. Over three months he poisoned his wife Annette with prescription medication, causing her a slow and painful death.
