DESCRIPTION:
(from Lifetime's press release, March 2024) Lifetime announces the greenlight and casting of Jana Kramer (A Cowboy Christmas Romance, One Tree Hill) and Austin Nichols (Minx, One Tree Hill) in the new original movie, Gaslit By My Husband: The Morgan Metzer Story, based on a true story. Kramer executive produces and stars as Morgan Metzer who was "gaslighted" by her abusive husband Rodney for years, culminating with Morgan being brutally attack by a masked man, only to discover it was Rodney all along. Kramer's real-life daughter Jolie Rae Caussin also stars as her onscreen daughter, Amelia. The thriller will film this month and will debut as part of Lifetime's summer Ripped from the Headlines slate. |
