NIGHTLY SHOW WITH LARRY WILMORE, THE (Comedy Central) - The cable channel will pull the plug on the late-night series following this week. "I'm really grateful to Comedy Central, Jon Stewart, and our fans to have had this opportunity, but I'm also saddened and surprised we won't be covering this crazy election, or 'The Unblackening' as we've coined it," Wilmore said in a statement. "And keeping it 100, I guess I hadn't counted on 'The Unblackening' happening to my time slot as well." (Deadline.com)
ONCE UPON A TIME (ABC) - Jonny Coyne will reprise his role of Dr. Lydgate from "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland" on the parent series this season. (TVLine.com)

Both would executive produce alongside Joe Horacek and Team Downey's Susan Downey. No plot specifics were given. (Variety.com)

SINGULARITY (FX, New!) - Sonny Lee ("Silicon Valley") has scored a pilot order from the cable channel for a new comedy "set in a future when artificial intelligence greatly surpasses human intelligence, resulting in profound changes to our society." FX Productions and Point Grey Pictures are behind the half-hour with the latter's Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg also on board to executive produce. (Deadline.com)
TRANSPARENT (Amazon) - Molly Bernard ("Younger") has been cast as "the younger version of Judith Light's character Shelly Pfefferman in an upcoming flashback episode." (Deadline.com)
